No there aren't. Weapon tweaks are simple. It's really not difficult to change a value. 5 to 3. It really is that simple. They didn't nerf it so they could force people to play PvP to get it.

Do you base your whole life on assumptions? Or is it just while you sit behind your keyboard? Where in the gaming industry did you work? I don't have a job, I retired at twenty eight. I imagine you work in a low paid job, maybe in a sewer, or as a rent boy. Your level of education is clearly minimal, I wouldn't employ someone who writes like you to clean my toilets.
