they didn't fix the book, they fixed the eververse exploit on the book. the book is still busted. you can get a non-matching SLR armor set and you can only use the book once across all characters, even if you delete it entirely from all inventory and grab it again. they're interested in fixing what gets them ripped off, but not what rips off the customers.
