Even assuming that were true (it isn't), there are still months of play tests involved ING making sure the changes don't utterly destroy the game, in PvE [i]or[/i] PvP. They have to make sure they don't inadvertently let a massive bug slip through. Their process for fixing issues is well above reproach. You idiot kids just wanted something new to bitch about.
