I can't defend the auto rifle buff debacle, but this one doesn't bother me. What would you react to faster, seeing your paycheck was lower than it should be or a nuisance squeaky wheel on your car? You'd take care of the one that hit your pocket books first. Companies are no different. At the end of the day, they are in it to make money.
