I like the idea, but the arc and void abilities seem a little overpowered. Let me propose a fix.
Arc : instead of the sword breaking off, how about the sword has a boomerang effect. You throw it and the charge chains to nearby enemies, then it comes back. Giving the player 10 throwing knifes seems a bit too much.
Void : You've given the player the Ward of Dawn x 6. That's a little much. Maybe instead of an all out shield, it gives nearby players an armor buff. This seems a bit more fair and manageable.

well I'll keep the ward of dawn idea, but the boomerang sounds dope! the reason I'm keeping the ward of dawn is I'm fixing it it has a damage limit. as soon as it has reached its limit, it disappears. remember, the max amount of time is 8 seconds. I don't think it's that op
