So we all know that as soon as you signed in after SRL was deployed we were all granted a free legendary horn. Well I got the "Kings Horn" to drop for me while racing and I liked it a lot more than my legendary one. I decided to dismantle the legendary horn for the horn relay and make my Kings Horn legendary. Only, when I dismantled it, nothing happened. No horn relay. And no, my inventory wasn't full, but I checked my postmaster anyway. As far as I know, there are only two ways to get legendary horns outside of the free one you're given. Nightfalls and microtransactions. I don't want to pay for a horn that I'm going to immediately dismantle for another one and I doubt I'm getting a horn from the Nightfall. So here are my questions: Do I have to buy a horn kit to turn my rare one permanent (If I don't manage to get one from the Nightfall)? Did my game just glitch out? Was I supposed to get a horn relay? Are there any other ways to get legendary horns besides the ones I listed ( microtransactions and Nightfall)?
