Exotic perk: A.P.A.S.G. Unleashes an arc shockwave on close proximity to enemies. Driving through ten SRL gates in a row will grant overdrive for five seconds. Upon reaching a new lap gain a significant increase to speed.

So...same basic shape as the Arc Runner with a more rounded chassis and a point on the front? Can the engine cover be open so you can see the gyrating coil that produces the Arc energy or whatever engine you use?
