The sky suddenly flashed above, along with a loud sound close to an explosion. As the flash instantly vanished, the tan, triangular jumpship, The Fatal Vision, hovered a meter or two above the ground.
A second later, Anaxis appeared in a cloud of blue particles, with his rifle on his back. He then slowly started walking out from beneath his ship that showed no sign of leaving, slowly approaching Alice, clapping his hands as he did.
But he was far from amused.
He stopped a few feet from her. He also stopped clapping, instead keeping them together in front of him.
"So," he finally spoke, "Alice. Or is it Leech?" He spread his arms apart slightly, "I get confused about who you are now."
He let that draw on for a few moments. He finally broke the silence, slowly pacing to his right, never taking his gaze off of her.
"From what I hear, you claim that your actions up to this point, are just. But what I saw from that," he pointed off toward the direction of The Tower, "Tells me a different story."
He paced back to where he once was, then stopped.
"Alice. I don't want to fight you, I know you don't want to either. Hell, I don't want to fight Grixis. But that's unavoidable. Please, Alice. Give me a reason, a sign, something that tells me that you are still you. I can't have something like Grixis come into the world again."
