They should just buff fusion rifles and buff the range/precision on all primaries. The problem with snipers is: there's no other weapon to counter it. In year 1, we had thorn, with massive range, the sniper had to be smart and fast ([i]he had to be skilled, cof cof[/i])to kill the thorn guy.
