I never complain about this game but this is too far bungie you can't just do a 0.04% damage buff that's literally NO -blam!-ING DAMAGE BUFF.

Even if this was intentional what idiot would waste time and effort to alter a neglect able change. Considering this is Bungie's competent programming team it'd take them thousands of hours based on how much time they take on any alteration to the game.
