So my ps4 has been randomly ejecting discs and beeping at me...even when I unplug the beast, which was unsettling. I then searched google, removed the shiny plate, took the noble precision screwdriver and tightened the screw. Problem solved...for the moment atleast. If you own a ps4 and it does similar things I highly recommend this method if the ps support method isn't yielding tangible results. Happy hunting guardians
