It just occurred to me that Horn Relays come from dismantling Legendary horns and are used to make Rare horns permanent after the SRL even is over, the same as the masks from Festival of the Lost. However the masks were controlled because once you dismantled a Legendary mask it was gone and the only way to obtain another was to buy a new mystery bag from Tess. Legendary horns on the other hand can be re-obtained from the Sparrow kiosk if they ever become lost. Doesn't that mean you could just use a Horn relay on a horn, dismantle it and get it back, use it on another horn, and repeat the process on all your horns than retrieve them [i]all[/i] back from the Sparrow kiosk?
