Doubt it. With no rewards people would rather do iron banner. TDB had a better story, better armor, better weapons, and a raid. Not only is it a raid, but as an end game content it had way more replay value than POE. Only good things about HoW were etheric light and trials, and I already explained why trails is not really that big when it comes to content.
