They have been like that all along. (Fixed bugs that help the player quicker than the bugs that sucked for us)
But anyone faulting bungie for fixing the book so fast is a hypocrite. If your wallet was sitting out and ppl took money out while walking by, you would fix that a lot quicker than a leaky faucet.
