Not a question, but more of a PSA if anyone encounters this specific bug after the patch. If you notice that quest steps or dialogue are skipped, forcing you to a choice you didn't even get dialogue for, it may be because you're wearing a full suit of power armor. If you just remove your helmet before going to another area, it should be fixed. This happened to me when I attempted to return the serum to Dr. Virgil, but he was always hostile when I entered his cave. So, before entering, I removed the helmet and now everything works fine. The glitch also apparently skips some other dialogue, so I suggest either removing your helmet or getting out of your power armor to avoid being forced to kill certain people.
