"So the oracles can decide what happens in time right? Just like the gorgons can erase things from time. Maybe if we can gain control over an oracle, we can save both of you!"

Autumn sat next to him, enjoying his company. "We should go back to bed."

"Agreed, because it is really late." He got up and helped her up headed back for their room

She lied in the bed. "I was having a nightmare, you know."

"No I didnt know, I was outside. Besides I had one too. What was yours like?"
-
"It was of a while ago. I was forced to watch Eve die, and no matter what I did, she would always die."

"Oh. In my dream I woke up next to you and you were just dead and it felt so real I couldnt take it I had to go outside."

"Don't worry about waking up next to a dead me. It won't be sudden."

"But I might still have to see a dead you. Thats what im worried about."

"Would you rather see a dead me or know I died without seeing me?

"I dont want you to die at all! Thats what I want."

"We'll try," Autumn said, crying a bit. She hugged Duvanix.

"I really hope the oracle plan works." He hugged her back, tight as he hoped it would keep her with him

"Me too. Me too." Autumn layer there with him and eventually fell asleep.

Duvanix lay awake, pondering how the oracle plan would work. He didnt dare leave Autumns side so he couldnt get up and go outside.

"Going to be hard to mess with oracles if you don't sleep," Autumn murmured.

"how did you know I wasnt asleep?"

"You're breathing is too quick."

"Dangit, you're too smart. Fine I'll try to sleep."

"Night."

"Night" He closed his eyes, having another nightmare. Only shuddered a bit in his sleep though."

Autumn rested her head on his chest, falying asleep to his heartbeat.

His ghost stared at the two "He is going to be so badly hurt when she leaves. Why does fate have to ruin the good things for guardians."

"Because it's their duty to the city. They are meant to kill the darkness and nothing else," Autumn's ghost replied. [spoiler]So now the ghosts are talking?[/spoiler]

[spoiler]yeah for now[/spoiler] "But theese two right here, are deeply in love. It doesnt matter they still get the job done. They dont deserve whats going to happen."

"I always thought it was odd. Why the pain out weighs the love. I think I know why."
