Ricochet, are you using skip rounds?
Edit: At the end when you slow it way down you can see the bullet trail coming back and the damage numbers. Meaning you were killed by a ricochet of your own bullet.

Nope, I figured it would have had to have been a ricochet, but I don't have skip rounds haha. I do know that bullets can still ricochet without them though

I guess so, you can clearly see he did 396 precision damage to himself so it definitely was a ricochet.
