Crota Geting Up to Fast?
i have been trying to do crota hard (trying to get cruxx) and i think he is geting up to fast has anyone else noticed this?

Anyone try to use the Legendary or Exotic swords on him?

1 ReplyYou can drop him with one sword and solo Go in with sleeper sim; one shot and he's down. Grab sword. Hit. Go invisible. Repeat. Done

There's a long explanation but simply, don't shoot him until you're ready to take his shields down to 0 because it's on a timer and resets.

On hard mode around enrage marker he is going up extremely fast majority of the times I do not exactly know how much damage exactly im doing but its two swipes,uppercut and two slams in first down and then in the second one i only doe the swipes and uppercut and he gets up if im not mistakes Havent had this problem everytime though so idk what to comment about it

14 RepliesYou can only slam with the sword twice then he pops up. We are such a high level that's all we can do is two slams with the sword.

Nah its sum they put into the game i think back in HoW he aint glitchin mechanics are slightly different

With a good sword bearer 300+ light level, you can kill crota with one sword. 3 swings, he gets up, he goes down, 3 more swings, done

He's been killed so many times it's hard for him to sleep without waking up because he's scared of Guardians.

If you mean you can't 4 hit him it's because your not wearing the Croat gear to give you the sword perks. You can still one sword him tho

Timing is key, and if you run a bladedancer as your sword runner, invis helps a lot

Use lower light rocket launchers. A clan mate and myself ran Crota about a month ago and he kept getting up stupid fast. After some trial and error we got the mechanics working just like the old days. I used a rare launcher that was under 300 light. You may need to lower your overall light some more also. But after that we took him out in one sword .
