"Cutter?" The man asks, quite confused about what "cutter" is.
English
-
The eyes of the stranger were concealed by large camouflage boonie hat, a mess of blonde hair was visible underneath, as well as an ambiguous smile. "Cutter me brother, just about anything you can spare, or that you don't want." replies the same raspy voice.
-
He reaches into his open duster, an inner pocket, pulling his wallet, and he pulls a 20 dollar bill from it, handing it to you, and putting the wallet in his duster again "Look, I'm trying to find someone. Do you know of a "dandy boy" around here?" He asks, with a heavy Texan accent
-
In a fluid movement he reaches out with his right hand and switches the 20 with a steel pocket watch, a concealed movement that looked more like a snatch to anyone else watching. The stranger continues to speak, but this time in a hushed, and suddenly normal voice. "If you're looking for that lad, you need to listen for the echo, when you hear it, you follow it and see where it leads. Open that watch somewhere concealed" He gets up and brushes of his outfit. "Thanks chum! I'll be sure to put it to good use" He said resumed back on the raspy voice before he put his hand in his pockets and walked off.
-
He holds the watch in his hand, and his right hand was naturally on his revolver, so he climbed to a rooftop, running several blocks east, opening the watch
-
Inside of the watch was a small yellow paper with a set of coordinates and a time(01:00). Below this is a message in really small handwriting: Corn paper, eat. The watch itself seems to be just that, a watch, only both hands seem to be frozen at the 6:00 position, nothing relevant.
-
"Corn paper, eat" He says to himself, figuring it can only mean one thing: and he eats the paper, then heads to the coordinates early
-
The coordinates are till in New York, but far off from the main city. Slums would be the word to describe the environment. The coordinated stop at a phone booth, a relic from past days. The glass is not shattered somehow, bit it's tainted to the point of being opaque from smog and stains, the metal is rusted, thing doesn't even look functional. But it starts ringing as soon as you arrive.
-
He walks to it, picking it up, and answering, not saying a word, rather letting the person, if thing, on the other end speak
-
"You're early, which can only mean one thing. You know exactly what you want. Would I be wrong in my presumption?" Asks silvery voice from the other end, you can't seem to put an age or gender on the speaker.
-
"Well if I did know what I wanted, could you provide it?"
-
"More than likely, I do have a reputation afterall. Now tell me, what is it that you need from the one and only Dandy Boy"
-
"Hayabusa incorporated. It's no secret they've dropped in the middle of Vietnam. I need to know what tech they have, what tactics they use, and what potential weaknesses exist"
-
"Straight to point, splendid. Considering Vietnam is recently invaded territory and the GRC is still enforcing their house rules, this will take a little longer than usual"

-
"Very well then, I'll prioritize this and get it in hours, it'll be an extra convenience fee however"
-
"I had guessed. How much?"
-
"10,000 Credits, unless you got something to barter"
-
"How does a tank sound?"
-
"That actually sounds decent, what type of tank?"
-
"Classic panzer"
-
A silence. "A Panzer? As in, pre-21st century German machinery?"
-
"The hell you expect?"
-
"I didn't expect anything, it's just quite an item you have there! Me and the lads really do love novelty items. I accept the job"
-
"Good, good. I'll assume your lads can grab my number, as you have quite the reputation as a hacker. Message me when you have a lead"
-
"I'll be seeing you in person when the job is done, give it hours"
