Not as frequent enough to be happy playing but certainly frequently enough to warrant the grind. I think I in 6 or 7 you drop a helm and it has chance to be 320.
I can assure you I've completed oryx hard maybe 30 times with only one helmet dropped at 314

I think the drops are far more frequent then that in srl, or at least that's what I have had, and add the 3oC drops to that as well and srl is great for me.
