Nothing Manacles
So why were Nothing Manacles nerfed? I mean I never heard about them being "OP" & now it seems like Bungie kinda nerfed them a bit much. Anyone else feel this way?

Edited by Fridén: 12/15/2015 4:54:04 PMNothing manacles, to me, were a situational exotic. Even before they nerfed the tracking, the scatter was easily avoided by a mobile opponent in an open area. Closed, confined areas is were the scatter grenades excel with nothing manacles, even with the nerf. I don't think it was necessary, but they are still good. The trials map this week was a perfect place to use them.
