You can't very well have a sunroof on many body styles of cars, and verts on work well on a few. So I think they're fine. That said, I'd like the newer retracting glass top, but they're not to common. Now if you're referring to factory options, mine would be the inability to turn off the daytime running lights. I get why they have them, but it should be something you still have control over to turn off if you don't want them on. I have had the Focus for over a year now, and drive so seldom at night that I forget to turn on my headlights because of these things. They're bright enough that you don't think about turning on the regular headlights, making you car visible to other cars via the tail lights. Don't know how many times I've driven with no tail lights on because of this.
