Racks of weapons line the walls, along with punching bags, speed bags, training dummies, a boxing ring, an MMA octagon, a firing range, Weight stations, treadmills, anything anyone could want to train. Lance currently shirtless, sweat dripping off him in rivulets. His hair stuck to his face, His muscled torso shows off the burn scars on his back, along with the triple slashes on his chest, and the impalement scar on his pec. He is currently going to town on a punching bag, his punches letting out a loud Thump! With every hit on the bag. [i] He stops, turning and facing her, the lights of the gym reflecting off his glistening chest, he dabs at his body with a towel.[/i] "Hey."

"Was wondering if you wanted to start they training now?"

[i] He smiles.[/i] "Sure." [i] He walks over to a stand, where black Boken, wooden practice swords, are put. He grabs one, tossing another to her.[/i] "Did you go straight to 4 swords?"

"Yeah, tried the single sword for a bit, wasn't very good"

"We'll fix that." [i] He grins, his muscles rippling with anticipation.[/i]

"Alright" [b]She says, putting her blades on the table [/b]

"Show me your combat stance." [i] He gestures with his Boken, taking a few steps towards her.[/i]

[b]She draws 4 wooden swords, holding 2 in her hands, crouching, and she points one blade towards Lance, the other behind her, and the uses TK to point the blades at Lance, staying the hilt a foot from her head on either side [/b]

"Nuh uh, one."

[b]She TK's the swords to the table, aside from the one she has aimed for Lance, and she puts both hands on its hilt, grabbing it totally[/b]

"First of all-" [i] He walks over to her, putting his foot between her legs and nudging her feet a few inches farther apart, and grasping her hands, moving them up the hilt an inch.[/i] "That all will give you more leverage, which you'll need because you aren't jacked all to hell in the muscles department."

"Well, I prefer utilizing other muscles to my advantage. Now, any other tips?" [spoiler]The flirts will be too strong. [/spoiler]

[i] He stepped back, spreading his arms out from his bare torso, holding the wooden sword in his right hand.[/i]

[b]She lunges at you, going for a stab to the chest, bland and hands next to her head, a foot away, her staying low to the ground[/b]

[i] Lance brings his Boken across his body with one hand, not seemingly with much effort, but as his sword contacts her, her Boken seemingly explodes in a shatter of wooden shards and splinters.[/i]

[b]She grabs some of the shards, and attempts to go for his legs, using her momentum to roll and jump back[/b] ((Freerunner))

[spoiler]Uh, what? That wasn't quite clear to me. Plus they're like 2-3 inch wooden pieces lol. Not much use as a weapon.[/spoiler]
