Let's see, she had her mind uploaded to a terminal at the tower, she has a measly knife cut - which are incredibly easy to cure -, she also can be revived Frankenstein's monster style. Oh, and cells are BASIC biology. If she as poisoned? Surgery could be done. It's a simple matter of chemically changing the DNA's structure using algae particles, which pass by the immune system and can do kemotherapy or release chemicals, like the ones I have in mind. Restructure this, spread across the entire nervous system of the body (a few injections), and you have yourself a restored body. Of course, this only worked with poison, like arsenic, that interferes with cellular respiration.
