I'm planning on doing a str/ash build (if ash does end up being some kind of sorcery/enchantment). I'd also love to use the Fume UGS if it somehow makes a return to the game.
-
Pure melee build, no magic on first playthrough.
Only scrubs use magic on their first playthrough
-
Naturally, I'll gravitate toward a dex build.
-
the build that lets me use the stuff i like to use
-
Builds on my first run are normally a bit messy, but I'll probably go for some sort of dex build first, then switch it up for later runs :)
-
The build that dies the most: any.
-
I always tend to start with a quality build so I can see and use all the different weapons and spells, then I will make specialized builds when I know more about the game.
-
A talisman and parrying dagger in my left hand, and a sword in my right. Hopefully there'll be something similar to the Balder sword. I wish this wasn't the last Souls game.
-
The legend never dies
-
I'm going to make one that doesn't exist.
;)
-
A "pilot". This character will have the minimum stats to wield every weapon and wear every armor. He will explore every dirty, undead infested corner and find all the secrets to behold. Then, once I discover the weapon types I enjoy I will narrow down a fine tuned build.
-
Probably going for paladin. Those miracles look really promising
-
I always do a pure melee build for my first chatacter.dual wielding katanas with no shield. Usually pure dex and endurance with a bit of vitality. My second character I mess around with magic.
-
Strength, endurance, vitality build. Basically tank build.
-
None cuz I suck ass at dark souls and don't like it because of it. Like there is a normal level of bad and then there is my level of bad with dark souls
-
They got rid of super parrying as far as I can tell. I might just go ahead and try a sword and board build.
-
My first character in souls games isn't even a build, it's just a good old stat mess. I might try a dex build though
-
I always go high endurance and strength builds. I need that weight up and my shield to take hits well. Halberds are always in my first playthrough just how I did it the last 2 games... I just don't like DS 2 halberd. Glad to be rid of it
-
Heavy armor and a big ass sword.
-
Edited by The Dango Song: 12/16/2015 3:10:32 AMBleed build again probably. I've used them in both the other Souls games, and they've always been my favorite.
-
A good, quality build. My favorite kind; 40/40 strength/Dexterity split with 35-40 in both vitality and endurance. Strength with enchantments afterwards, then magic user, then dexterity with enchantments in that order.
-
Edited by Jphn_33: 12/16/2015 2:21:59 AMAs always, I'm going to create my traditional DEX build that uses bows. Hopefully, using bows in combat will be much more viable. Next up is the Sunbro with a Greatsword Then the tanky, no-shield pyromancer
-
A strength faith build for sure
-
Probably going to do what I always do. Make a berserker then in a later play through convert to mage.
-
Greatsword Str/End.
-
I usually go for a strength/dex build at start, and then when i get moonlight greatsword chane my stats depending on its requirements. (Thats why my name is moonlight king)
-
The same I do in every Souls game; Quality build. I like being able to use most weapons on my initial playthrough to get a feel for which I like.
