Coz I'm only 315 and haven't beaten it yet...apparently you need to be at least 316 with the emblem to prove you have beaten it to join a team...to beat it.

Who ever told you that is a lying sack of shit.. I beat Hard mode when I was 306 light , just oryx on hard its recommended your atleast 305-308
