Nothing Manacles
So why were Nothing Manacles nerfed? I mean I never heard about them being "OP" & now it seems like Bungie kinda nerfed them a bit much. Anyone else feel this way?

Used them for first time since the nerf last night. Didn't seem to go too bad. Not as good but still decent.
