According to bungie thier should be NO Match-Making At all.

anyone who agree's with Derek Carroll's Comment also agrees that every Activity should not have Matchmaking.
that means no MM for the following:
1) EVERY Crucible Activity! that means you need to use the bungie app or other LFG sites to do any PvP activity.
2) No PvE Matchmaking. meaning you must also use the bungie app or other LFG site to Start an activty.
[b]if you do not agree i suggest you let it be known to Bungie staff with a Vote on Disagree with their Philosophy.
anyone can understand that this comment is contradictory with what is already in game .

I posted a similar poll when the game first launched. If you don't like MM don't use it. About 90% of people want it. The other 10% don't have to use it. It's ridiculous to withhold this feature. Bungie pioneered matchmaking!

There is matchmaking. Right here. Bungie just cba to implement it properly. Too difficult. So we have to waste time using these forums for it. Part of the grind.

Optional matchmaking is a basic component of online games these days. Why dosen't Destiny have it? Lazyness? Heck I can't even guess.

9 RepliesIf they give us matchmaking, they need a vote to kick option, a filter players option, and only let people with mics matchmake. Other wise it would be really irritating to have some random idiot with low level and no mic join.

It's so annoying to have to have an app that takes up so much space on my phone to stalk the forums, find some random person trying to do the same thing, send them a message and then never get a response and repeat the process all over again. In a way, it pretty much is matchmaking just being much more complicated. I know some people have fireteams they always do activities with which they should still be able to do but having a matchmaking for raids and the nightfall could be really helpful. And I know, people will say "it's just gonna be a bunch of squeakers and noobs" but don't you end up with them anyway from the forums? It's just more complicated to get there

Kind of gave up on OMM after everybody bought TTK. If it was really wanted, and the community wanted to make a stand, they should have not bought TTK. My philosophy is that you shouldn't have to leave the game to find teammates. So that's why I shall wait until TTK comes down to a price that represents the content available through solo play and whatever matchmaking there is. Besides, why pay full price for content that will be made irrelevant with the next release?

Simple if there was even just optional matchmaking we would have really ran out of shit to do a loooong time ago. Game would died much quicker... Already dead for me....

Am I one of the few human beings here that has not a care in the world that the next player above or below me has <insert their favorite gear here>? Because it's the only reason I can think of why some players would want to make it more difficult for other players to be able to play the way they want and thus obtain the gear they want.

Now before you all start, I'm not comparing or saying what game is better or not, all I'm saying is that war frame mm and on game chat/lfg system is the way destiny should have it .... Easy to use, totally optional from solo (so you MLG don't have to deal with us scrubs on strikes) to public, friends, clan.... Or the IN GAME lfg chat that it has for the end game modes.... They should also look at their IN GAME clan support....once again I'm not saying that warframe is a better game but in this two things they got them beat.
