Nothing Manacles
So why were Nothing Manacles nerfed? I mean I never heard about them being "OP" & now it seems like Bungie kinda nerfed them a bit much. Anyone else feel this way?

8 RepliesI think the purpose of Manacles was to concentrate the scatter damage on a single target, NOT to allow for truly homing grenades. Normally scatter grenades deal very inconsistent damage even when thrown at someone's feet. If I'm right, Manacles are still serving their intended purpose even with reduced tracking
