I have experienced most of your issues myself, the most frustrating one that I have experienced being the "fading" radar contact. Guy hiding round the corner, wait no he's gone, no.. he's there... no radars clear again........ Really, REALLY annoying, that and a teleporting Hunter (gunslinger btw) literally teleported (lagged) behind a corner and shotgunned someone in the face without crossing the intervening terrain.
