Hopscotch Pilgrim
Is there any way to get hopscotch pilgrim? Can you still get it from Poe?

The only way to get it, and other year one gear is PoE 28 reward screen. The reward screen also awards engrams that always decode as year one.

Yes you can, but it isn't like it was in its prime before 2.0. If you want it for collection purposes then go right ahead!
