I was in a game of rift earlier.
Three of us were guarding the spark then all three of us died.
All meleed to death by the same person at the same time. No red on the radar, no enemy in view.
I used to blame laggers, but let's be honest. Bungie have made tens of billions of dollars to deal with this if they wanted. They just don't.
This is why I won't do Trials any more and why Destiny 2 will not see a penny from me.

I'm sure that in some parallel universe, the guy was actually there and melee'd you (well, probable not). Sounds like a pretty dumb experience tbh.

It was ridiculous. If he titan smashed us or warlock nova bombed us for a triple down I would have been agitatedly impressed, but to slap three of us dead at the same time?!? I don't think Hulk could've done better.

Yes you can! Stormcaller's melee and/or grenade can do this (chaining to nearby enemy)
