  • The swarm was amazing, but not as popular as corrective measure.

This. I guess I'm not the only one who appreciates the low rate of fire, high impact LMGs. Actually, I think my favorite right now is my Ruin Wake that is currently equipped on my hunter. The only way it could be better is if it had feeding frenzy. The roll on my Against All Odds is perfect. It's still great for regular crucible. It has counterbalance, perfect balance, and feeding frenzy. It is so deadly, shoots like a laser, and reloading after a kill takes no time at all. Stats on my Against All Odds: RoF: 59 Imp: 61 Rng: 34 Stb: 49 (counterbalance makes it feel even higher) Rel: 30 Mag: 26 My Ruin Wake: RoF: 66 Imp: 53 Rng: 30 Stb: 72 Rel: 25 Mag: 39 My Ruin Wake has 2 less impact than Qullim's Terminus but 12 more range, 9 more reload, and 22 more stability! I'll be using it in Iron Banner unless I get lucky with a better roll before then. I miss using my Against All Odds, but my Ruin Wake feels almost as good. EDIT: I have also equipped my Against All Odds on my warlock. Great memories of this gun.

  • I don't know, man. I know it all comes down to personal preference but I think your BTRD is the only one that can be considered a really good roll and it's no longer viable in IB. I see that you like eye of the storm. I'm not sure how much more accuracy this adds, but I wouldn't want a perk that only helps me as I'm losing health or am about to die. Your rare one looks ok, but that stability must suck. As far as your Objection, I don't think any LMG with grenadier can be called a god roll. So many other more useful perks for machine guns. I'm not saying any of your LMGs are bad though. I just see them as average to slightly above average at best. What will you be using for IB? I'll be bringing my Ruin Wake up to 320 or as close to that as I can by then.

  • Hey, I'm not talking about the perks lol The max range in LMG can make a huge difference. They both have good stability when playing, dont worry. Their perks are just bonuses. The blue quality one destroy snipers, just like the new monarchy one. They are stable, constant headshots.

  • I have also equipped my Against All Odds on my warlock. In my opinion, there isn't a better roll for this gun. Smart Drift Control makes the recoil very controllable and predictable. Counterbalance increases the actual stability stat and Perfect Balance reduces the recoil even more. The reload speed isn't horrible to begin with, but Feeding Frenzy made it very quick to reload after a kill. I was always ready for my next victim. I won a lot of LMG battles with this in Iron Banner before 2.0.

  • Gotcha, well the perks are what separates regular weapons from perfectly rolled (God roll) weapons. The whole point of calling it a God roll is to say that the perks couldn't be any better. I won't deny that your LMGs are good weapons, but you're basically just saying that those weapons have great default base stats. There are others with those same weapons that have better rolls that will give them an edge over what you're using. Take my Against All Odds for example. It's a great gun in general, but not many people have counterbalance, perfect balance, and feeding frenzy. It literally had no kick and was fast to reload after each kill. If I had something like grenadier, I might have been killed more often while trying to reload. Every little thing helps. Without my balance perks, I'm sure I would've landed less precision shots.
