Is that on the same channel as all your neighbors? Is your computer on and downloading updates? Your phone? Your sisters phone? Wifes phone? How many people in your neighborhood have internet through the same company? How many of them are watching netflix? Playing games? Downloading updates? All these things can muck with your connection, so before you whine about bungie, Check your own setup.
