How is 4300 bad? Thats pretty close to the max you can get without ghost hunting.

You need to get dead ghosts. Go to destinyghosthunter.com or something along those lines and they'll give you perfect guides for all the ghosts. The best thing is that it shows you which ones you're missing and which ones you already have so its way faster
