I think Bungie has finally done it. Other than the unnecessary TLW buff I think we've finally gotten to a point where most weapons in the crucible are made equal. As for the last word, the gun should require skill and be hard to use like it was before the December update. I didn't realize it needed a buff because I was dominating lobbies just fine with it. So all-in-all re-nerf TLW and don't change a thing Bungie. I like you just the way you are...
Edit: my point is that if any buffs are made (at least to primaries) that weapon will become op unless. Auto rifles were meant to be easy-to-use but if they get buffed in the Crucible, every experienced player will roll over every lobby and once again we have another unbalance. The Crucible requires skill so if you don't have it....
Edit: fusion rifles are another gun type requiring skill.

Edit: don't call snipers too powerful. Everyone is just getting butthurt because its the gun type everyone retreated to after shotguns began to suck. Everyone's all like "what am I supposed to snipe with now that I can't use my Conspiracy theory" I feel like Bungie always just wants diversity instead of balance because all they do is take players off of whatever gun type seems to be the majority. I will admit though that Auto rifles should be the majority because they're supposed to be easy-to-use and Noob friendly

I know i cant magically throw a flaming hammer seven times irl, but practice 5 hours a day to point a sniper rifle at some body ten feet away from u and blow their head of in .3 seconds. It ruins the game. It's u can't see my point you're a biased imbred loser and don't post anymore. If u can, ikr?

PVE player here. I miss Hawkmoon and auto rifles. Although I do think the crucible is pretty well balanced. However everyone is doing SRL right now and will bring their op pulse rifle back into crucible

Shut up they are not. My cousin and I talked for about an hour and a half in the crucible about how we think it should have happened. So here we go. [b]Snipers[/b]: instead of giving a gun that rewards a good shot perks that allow that factor to lessen ie: hidden hand, make it so that when you move while aiming it bobs the gun. It's more realistic to how it should work. [b]handcannons[/b]: there was really nothing wrong with them before. The exotics were what messed up handcannons. We fixed thorn. But last word still has too much range. It is above fusion rifle range when it needs to be below it. [b]shotguns[/b]: they are meant to be good at close range to take out the perks that give them longer ranges ie: rangefinder

Only issues I have with this patch are. 1. High impacts pulse rifles require 3 bursts to kill when they were originally 2. Lyudmila-D and Spare Change.25 are now unusable due to weapons like nirwens and hawksaw who deal just as much dmg but at a faster rate. 2. Rumble is littered with TLW once more. I'm a big rumble player and have noticed this after the patch. Now don't bite my head off but the class I now see the most is hunter. Reason? After the great breaker nerf that broke sunbreaker. (I main defender for pvp) All the "meta players" left their titans to go back to using golden gun and shadowshot. (Arc blade as well as all melees atm are currently glitched). Does there need to be slightly more tweaking yes but lets see if Bungie doesn't over do it like they always do

I like where things are in PvP, for the most part. However, I'm pretty tired of how snipers have almost no flaws. People shouldn't be hitting headshots while running and jumping. Anyway, that's my opinion on them and all I would change.

Primaries are fine special still needs work with the needed but overdone shotgun nerf it has made a very camp friendly game (in general) especially for snipers

Agree up to the point of snipers, not the damage, but the ease of use. Snipers shouldn't shoot as fast as a scout. ....but then again, how would most people finish the raid if they nerfed snipers? That's the problem, we need snipers as they are to do the raid yet as they are they are unbalanced. You wouldn't see anyone running the raid with NLB!

pvp is fine as it is. one thing's for sure though: destiny pvp will never be balanced. There are way too many variables--guns, armor, supers, and abilities. it was obviously intended to be a fun, casual game, nothing too competitive like csgo or halo. So please stop complaining.

Tlw is only consistent in shotgun range, try and shoot out of that range at someone who knows what they are doing and youll be slaughtered.

Sorry but I believe you are contradicting your main point in your edit, you openly say shotguns suck meaning you don't believe them to be balanced as you believe there are better options. Primaries may very well be balanced but you have pointed out yourself that specials definitively aren't.

Hawksaw is still OP. I was kinda hoping it would be balanced out but those low life kids from Trials still shred with that thing.

TLW has too much ADS range. Hawkmoon has too little range. Handcannon aim assist is broken due to the link to range. High impact pulses arent worth the risk. Autos never got that damage buff. (should be a headshot multiplier buff imo) Special ammo is too rampant. Fusions are too inconsistant. Snipers dont flinch enough. Too much heavy ammo per spawn Far from it friend. The balance is just getting started. Too little too late for most players unfortunatly.

Shotguns still work. I used conspiracy theory for the shotgun section of the chaperone quest and it worked exactly like shotguns in other games. Kills people instantly up close and serious damage a bit further away. This is how shotguns should be.
