Sparrow Toolkit not working
I finished the racing quest on my 2ed character and opened the sparrow toolkit and it didn't give me anything. I left tower and came back nothing still. Thought it was guaranteed to drop one of the ones I don't have.

Did you check your mail? If any of your slots are full it will not reflect that you received anything but instead will be dropped in your mail.

I'm not sure it did it on my 3rd character only gave me a horn.

i just had that happen to me too i got a stupid legendary horn at the postmaster. There was nothing popping up on the screen when i opened the toolkit This is my second character done too. My friends have gotten sparrows on multiple characters
