The Vision 81 dead ghost is not there. I have not yet picked it up, it's just gone.

Where did you pick up the ghost? The one for Vision 81 is in the first area of the Black Garden where you can see the whole area (so not the corridors you walk through) where you crouch-walk back around corner from deepest ledge in angled/toppled over Vex column.

Yeah the little nook in the black column. I'll check again, but I'm 99.9% sure it wasn't there.
