Can't turn in Banshee-44 final step of Weapon Master quest
I have finished all the Shaxx/Gunsmith quests, except I can't turn in the last step of the weapon master quest. I've finished everything up to part 5 where I have to talk to banshee-44 and he is highlighted with a quest marker except when I approach nothing is brought up except the sales page. Please help.

I have same problem, so frustrating, such a long winded quest line and all I want to do is complete it now! Bungie please address this!
