I pre-ordered TTK Collector's Edition on 6/17 and I had already owned the the original game and both previous expansions. I did not receive the humble gestures mystery bag. Did anyone else have this issue that also met the criteria? Apparently you had to pre-order between 6/16 and 6/24 to qualify.
