I'm actually not your inducing yourself into another world place or time the same way lsd reacts to your brain video games do the same thing that's not a "natural" high as you do wrongly put it. Natural high is going outside seeing a bright sunshine day and being happy about it that's natural. Sitting in a room with a tv and other electronics actually is known to cause anxiety from not going out and interacting with real people.
