That's definitely not the case here in the Netherlands, most with alcohol addiction are also gambling addicts and those who use Meth on regular basis are most likely steal everything that isn't bolted down so they can buy some more Meth. Most weedsmokers over here have steady jobs , take care of their wifes and children. Sure there are some that don't but saying they all are, like you do , and claiming to know what's "wrong" with certain people makes you sound like Hitler.
