Xbone Kings Fall Hard Mode

Is there a group here that can help me finally kill Oryx on hard mode? I've tried countless times with lfg people but something always goes wrong and -blam!-s us over. I've beaten the raid a few times on normal, all my characters can be over 310 I have Touch of Malice too.
