There is literally no way to nerf golden gun more and still call it a super. It's a mobile super that got its duration shortened, has no AoE potential (unless you screw yourself on accuracy), gives no damage resistance, and probably only yields 1-3 kills per activation (you know, unless someone shoots you with any sniper, any shotgun, or twice with anything but a sidearm- then you just die).
