So huntards nerfd sunbreakers, now they want to nerf Stormtrance? And not only that they bitch and moan about twilight garrison
As a Titan main I really wasn't affected by the sunbro nerf since I main a striker role. That said I have used Stormtrance when I play as my warlock but prefer nova bomb.
It jus amuses me that now the huntards now want a nerf on stormcallers, and want their purple derple helm to give em shadestep cuz Titans can evade now with twilight garrison equipped.
It truly is amusing really how they say they want balance yet they nerf or are the reasons things are nerfd. If anything nightstalker should receive a nerf.
Remove quiver, since having three arrows is quite ridiculous.
Make their stun/smoke grenade use up their grenade slot instead of having two.
And lastly make shadestep have a cool down of 5 seconds in between uses

Of anything, Warlocks should get an "evade" exotic: Titans = Garrison Hunter = Shadestep Warlock = ???

4 RepliesEveryone here should most definitely take a second and accept that the classes either needed a nerd, or still need one. Sunbreakers cross mapped random players they couldn't even see, made seventh column medals look easy, and tanked sniper shots like it was a joke. Storm trance (assuming you use landfall) blinds enemies on activation, and then proceeds to wreck havoc amongst every single enemy in a room with AOE damage and chain lightning that drains health from every single enemy within a room, proceeds to ionic blink straight out of there clutching their newly found breaker medal, and still have enough super energy rake in another 5 kills. As a hunter main, who does use other classes, I know it sucks to see your favorite subclass get nerfed, but I can't remember the last time I complained about a shadowshot. I see forum posts about this every day, and it's time to face facts. Bungie has concrete numbers, and while new subclasses may not deserve such a big hit, they are necessary.

I don't really care how you feel. Stop judging hunters based on the bad half. I don't want anything nerfed and I've been grinding non stop for a twilight garrison cause my Titan is my 2nd fav.

Funny how a lot of people are noticing how more titans are complaining about storm trance by any other class (this data was gathered by a fellow person on the forum). Why dont you just call em people instead of a specific class... This game is literally a gateway to racism for idiots. The funniest part is is that most people refer to titans, warlocks and hunters as races even though they aren't. Good try though

In the end, Bungie will look at the data and make a decision. They won't just change things because hunters said so. There was data behind the Titan nerfs.

5 RepliesUh.. How about no. The sunbreaker nerf was completely overdone I will say that much. Nightstalker nerf not necessary. Remember shadestep is the same as your evade, just you don't turn into a black most floating across your screen. Quiver makes it a PvP viable class, though the others are too, I just swap, and lastly, I want twilight garrison to make my titan feel like a hunter, so it won't be my red-headed step child... You know with the evade and all... P.S. The "hunters" in question are humans that feel the need to satisfy their neglect with pissing the people of the community off. I was fine with the armor of sunbreaker, just had to put an extra shot in them for good measure. They really weren't all that hard to kill in super.

I main titan and ive played the other two classes but nerfing the night stalker is not need. People always complain and whine bc they are bad or butt hurt so just ignore them and let them complain. As for nerfing the stormcaller I can't say much bc I haven't unlocked it yet but I have played against it and the landslide perk reminds me of a mini fist of havoc that can also blind people (I would say reduce the dmg landslide deals just a tad) . As for the Twilight garrison, keep complaining bc it won't get nerfed, Hunters and warlocks have blink and now we have a mid air dash on our side.

4 RepliesObviously bungie should retire and hand over this game to the titans since they are THE balancing masters of video games. Obviously spending all of year 1 bitching with the warlocks about how OP BD was and also the blink crap. Whatever pre nerf arc blade was a huge issue. Blink was not the issue, only issue was that the balancing masters of destiny couldnt do it, and the holy triad of shotguns, felwinters, matador, and party crasher. So yeah all that stuff gets toned down and dont you dare say titans had nothing to do with those nerfs, everyone did, hunters and warlocks the same also didnt like those blink shotgun abusing scrubs ok? Ok. Now you have this phenomenal super thats definitely the most OP ability in pvp that this game has EVER seen. but since its yours its balanced right? Sunbreakers were all offensive supers put into one minus blink. Sunbreakers has the longest roaming super duration, MORE armor than a radiant skinned ram warlock, hungering blade on steroids (pre nerf cauterize), thrown hammers were nova bombs with range that came close to golden gun with less aoe, but none the less it did blow up pretty damn big. Could even add shoulder charge to the mix up from striker. Sunbreakers also have the ability to be the fastest class. Pretty sure we could all agree that it wasnt just hunters, the bulk of them yes because there are just more players that choose to play hunter. Its not the class bitching its the player. There were titans that were smart enough to say it needed nerf, as well as warlocks and hunters knew there was issues with arc blade and blink. Now balancing masters of destiny, tell me how exactly was sunbreaker NOT over powered and balanced?
