The only problem I have with stormcaller is the duration, the fact that they can do 2 laps of the map and still have super left is a bit ridiculous

The duration and range makes it a blade dancer that lasts twice as long, chains to enemies, and can kill you before shotgun distance

Not all stormcallers, granted most probally spec into it. Plus you have to have a melee and grenade charge full, before you cast it to get double the duration
