There was a post about how the sunbreaker's hammers would detonate early because of the blast radius nerf. So what? Do we NEED to throw hammers? Why isn't anybody using suncharge? It's really effective against other supers. Besides it's satisfying when you beat the crap out of people with a hammer. The crunch of their skulls is a thing of beauty. Just saying, suncharge is out there for you sunbreaker's users (if any are left).
Edit: It seems that not everybody knows that the suncharge can be used several times. But I understand where the speculation comes from, the TTK trailer shows the suncharge taking up about half the bar. However, the suncharge in the TTK we have does not take up half the bar.

Edited by Elitespear: 12/28/2015 12:48:46 PMMaybe cos hammers are still beastly. The only thing I've found really badly nerfed with hammers is the flameseeker tracking that's non existent now.

As soon as bungie ruined their new subclass I did what most didn't have the good sense to do. I put it away. Have not used it once since. If every titan did the same I am sure it would get un-broken. They follow stats in the game why not express ourselves in a way that brings change.

Sun charge is fun to use and if you have ever been in first person facing an enemy sun charge it looks terrifying lol.
-
I like scorched earth more
-
It's also fantastic in Court of Oryx (specifically against the pair of knights)
-
I love using it ppl cry about missing hammers and such just suncharge close up and if needed throw hammers for ranged kills or use it to close gap between you and enemy and then knee them in the face
-
If that's the case, wouldn't it be better to just play a Striker and use shoulder charge. It will one hit kill and doesn't require super energy.
-
I hate sun charge for PvP. Absolutely hate it. But as soon as I do a strike I put it on. It does so much damage against bosses. I always ask "do you guys want me to beat the crap out of him".
-
Because it uses most of your super energy if you hit something with it

It's more of why use it if I know how to throw a hammer?
-
Yeah that way you can suncharge to a total of not 1 , BUT 2 TIMES TO MAYBE GET A KILL IF THE ENEMY YOU'RE CHARGING AGAINST DOESN'T JUMP LIKE A BUNNY.
-
If i wanted something like suncharge i would just switch to striker and use shouldercharge... no super needed

Thanks! Never knew this
