[b]Anumi doesn't respond. Her eyes are glazed and the rag still remains in her mouth.[/b]

[i]"Zero get ready to catch her and Gideon, you cut her down when Zero is ready. I'll heal her afterwards"[/i] [b]At Cyra's command, Zero moves under Anumi and stretches his arms out to catch her whilst bright lines spread over Gideons chest and to the palm of his hand. He raises a hand and shoots a bright bolt of searing light which cuts through the rope[/b]

[b]She falls straight into Zero's arms, limp and cold, much like a ragdoll.[/b]

[b]"I'm going to need you to hear her"[/b] [i]"Got it"[/i] [b]Cyra walks over to Zero as he holds her out. Cyra's eyes go bright green and similar bright green tendrils spread out across Anumi's body. The rock shatters and all the pieces fall the the floor whilst the wound heals[/b]

[b]Meanwhile, the forest becomes the alight with the sound of snapping underbrush. Something has moved onto their position.[/b]

[b]They turn around to see what it is[/b]

[b]There is nothing there. The silence greets them once more.[/b]

[b]"The hell?"[/b] [i]"I dont know"[/i] [u]"We should move."[/u]

[b]Anumi has seemingly fallen unconscious. I suppose there is nothing left to keep her from exhaustion.[/b]

[b]Zero puts her down and the others sit on a log[/b]

[b]The noise has turned to a gentle patter and figures move in the shadows around the group.[/b]

[b]They continue to look around, trying to see where the noise comes from[/b]

[b]A group of figures emerges, each identical in look and movement. They talk in unison.[/b] [i][u]"Return the girl."[/u][/i]

[b]"Tell us who the fûck you are first"[/b]

[i][u]"Friends."[/u][/i] [b]They open their arms in unison, in a sign of peace.[/b]

[i]"They're good"[/i] [b]Zero and gideon look at Cyra[/b] [i]I can read minds[/i] [b]They both shrug there shoulders and zero picks Anumi up and gives her to them[/b]

[i][u]"Now run. The creature may return... It's useless to start a fight."[/u][/i] [b]They begin to disappear into the woods. As quietly as they came. Only one remains.[/b] [i][u]"Thank you... You have done a great deed."[/u][/i]

[b]The man salutes and follows his companions into the forest. The marching starts up again, except this time it moves away from the group.[/b]
