Great question--had a hard time deciding. I've always liked the Suros Regime for its stability. You don't end up missing half the shots fired, or have to do much recoil control. That slow rate of fire plus the way the bottom half of each magazine deals increased damage just caters to all my favorite things. Zhalo Supercell and Hard Light come in second and third.
