It's all about relativity, Mida was/is very good. But because everything got nerfed (autorifles, handcannons, pulserifles) Mida is now seen as a Top-tier weapon by many players, IMO it always was a Top-tier weapon even when the handcannons where rulers of Crucible. Mida+Titan skating= faster than a sparrow...
